Real Estate Videographer + Photographer

What you'll do

• Film horizontal property tours and vertical social reels, from condos to luxury homes.
• Direct agents through on-camera intros and walkthroughs.
• Plan every shot list: the hook, the sequence, the movement.
• Shoot listing photos, and fly drone once you hold your Part 107.
• Review final videos before delivery and see client revisions through.

How the role grows

1. A shadow day on a real shoot, before any offer.
2. Training on our tools, services and standards, including long-form and short-form client content and lighting setup.
3. Shadow shoots, then assisted shoots with our lead videographer.
4. Lead shoots while your trainer observes.
5. Solo shoots with every delivery reviewed.
6. Certified and full-time.

Training runs about six weeks. You advance when you're ready, not when the calendar says so.

What we're looking for

• This is an entry-level role. Show us some video work that proves you know the basics of handling a camera. Real estate, events, social content or personal projects all count. We'll teach you the rest.
• Basic comfort with a mirrorless camera. Gimbal experience is a plus.
• A valid driver's license and a reliable car no older than 10 years. The job involves a lot of driving around Northeast New Jersey.
• Weekday availability and some weekends.
• Professional with clients and open to direct feedback.

Nice to have: real estate experience, editing in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut, log footage and LUTs, drone experience.

What we provide

• Hands-on training and recorded lessons you can revisit anytime.
• Company camera, lenses, gimbal and drone.
• FAA Part 107 drone license, fully paid. We train you for the exam and cover the cost.
• W2 employment: $25/hr during training, then $30–45/hr once you're full-time.
